Inferno Week Day 1

 Woah this week ia about getting optimal results from Turbo Fire. With that said this part of the program is called the “Inferno Plan.” It is a 5 day eating and excercise plan designed to show off those lean muscles, and pull forward the abs. Court, Ash and I began this morning with Day 1’s workouts which included Fire 55 EZ class + Stretch 10 class. Wow, it was seriously a killer 5AM workout before work. And showers were more than needed following. lol

Breakfast– Turkey Bacon Egg Sandwich 

  •  2 slices of whole-wheat bread
  • 1 scrambled egg
  • 1 slice of turkey bacon
  • 2 tomato slices

Mid-morning snack- 1/2 medium sized banana, 7 walnut halves

 When Lunch time finally arrived, nothing sounded better than sitting outside under the umbrella together while we enjoyed our Tuna Salads. 🙂

Lunch- Tuna Salad

  • 3 cups mixed greens 
  • 4 oz water-packed tuna, drained
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 3 scallions diced
  • 2 tbs fat-free ranch dressing 

 And to go along with that some cold delish Pink lemonade

 Afternoon snack- Chocolate shakeology shake (still so amazed by how healthy this stuff is)

  • 8 oz water
  • 1 scoop of shakeology
  • 1/2 tbs almond butter
  • Mix in a blender with ice 

This was our first experience with Shakeology, and we absolutely loved this miracle powder. It is delish and 100% nutritious. The blenders at work are awesome, so while we were closing and there were no customers, we blended these  babies right up.

By the time we all three got home from work, WE WERE DRAINED! I think we are all used to random snackage throughout the day, and just in general more calories. Tomorrow might call for an extra 100 cals, since you burn at TON at work itself.

Dinner– Honey Dijon Chicken with Garlic-Parmesan Broccoli

  • 4 6-oz chicken breast halves
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 3 tbs. honey
  • 1tbs. parsley flakes
  • salt, to taste
  1. mix ingredients, then dip chicken in mixture
  2. grill for about 7 min on both sides


  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 4 tbs parmesan cheese
  • garlic salt, to taste
  1. Steam broccoli
  2. Top w/ parmesan, 1 tbs olive oil, and garlic salt

MMM, wow this meal by far was the best of the day, and that broccoli, who knew broccoli could taste so good???… We were all a little iffy on the honey dijon chicken, as to whether it would taste good. But turns out it is delish.  

So far the meals and workouts of Turbo Fire have been really impressing. This is an easy to stick to program, that is seriously a blast. You wake up feeling like all you’re doing is dancing rather than working out. I hope you guys all buy the program and try it as well. tomorrow’s workouts are harder and longer, and we got yet again another long day of work. But we will catch ya’ll l8tr. Peace&♥&☺
