Good morning! School is back in session, and we got about 7 weeks to go till Summer. Let the countdowns begin=) This morning’s breakfast was prepped in our handy easy lunchboxes the night before. Overnight Oats, with toppings in the side compartments. Man what a time saver.
This was truly a bowl of Tropical Sunshine Over-night Oats, In the mix:

1 pkg of Coach’s Oats

1/4 cup of Pineapple coconut yogurt

1/4 cup of Pomegranate Kefir
-
1/4 cup of Honey Greek yogurt
-
1 tsp chia
-
1 tsp flax
-
1 tsp wheat germ
Toppings:
-
Strawberries, Kiwi, Mango

Unsweetened coconut
-
Cranberry Trail mix
-
Kashi go lean cereal
-
Silvered Almonds
It was Luscious!
Since today is a “B” day at school, we packed Vanilla Almond Luna Bars for a snack during 3rd period.
We have 4 of these handy dandy containers life savers, so we also packed our lunch too;)
