This past weekend, Court and I went to Wal-Mart and found some of the cutest thing in the college section. Our first thoughts were…First apartment…in a year or two. In this household, our mom always gives each kid a ton of future house and kitchen stuff the minute you reach highschool. Your Christmas soon turns into frying pans, Tupperware containers, a blender,etc. lol You should see our storage closet in the basement. It is already stocked to the brim with tubs full of our “future apartment” stuff. When we came across pink measuring cups, pink plastic cups, and a PINK GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL, we were sold!

Anywho we got all this stuff for an amazing deal, and our collection just keeps on growing. We will totally be set when it finally comes to moving out. Who knew a senior in highschool could already have every thing for their first kitchen. lol. We are planning on making our Kitchen Dessert themed, and we already have plates, bowls, mugs, etc with ice-cream cones and cakes on them. Next up, Kitchen aid pink mixer. Our pink & brown kitchen is gonna rock 🙂
Fitness and food goals are always great to set for yourself, whether it is a weekly goal or a month long. Lately, Court and I have been focusing our food and fitness on incorporating a ton of protein into our diets, as well as doing more strength training to go along with Turbo Fire. We have been running, lifting a lot of weight, and of course doing some Ab action. So far I am loving this whole goal, because lately with just purely Turbo Fire I felt like all we were getting in was Cardio, and a few resistance band training days. With a little change, it has felt great to push and lift some heavy weights. Today we actually did Jillian Michael’s “No more Troublezones” video, and lifted 5 pounders the whole time instead of the 3 lbs like they use in the video. By upping the weight, Court and I were drenched, and it was extremely challenging which feels awesome to accomplish. And now we are about to do our HIIT 20 video for some Turbo Fire Cardio. Oh, and I almost forgot, Court, Ash, and I are starting a Fit Club on Sunday’s. We all plan to tell family, friends, neighbors, and Coworkers to join us on Sundays for some form of excercise. Some ideas we have are a run, or Yoga in the park. Maybe we will even have to teach some Turbo classes.
