Goodbye Jackson Hole, we’ll miss you :(

Were Back!

The trip was amazing, we truly could have not asked for a better week. Jackson Hole was gorgeous, and we miss it already. Luckily we have managed to unpack all of our bags, fumigate our bedrooms, have a nice homemade meal, and prep breakfast and lunch for tomorrow. We have work Sun.-Tues. and we close tomorrow, so better to have a more relaxed morning, than a hectic one. Now instead of giving you a day to day recap, Here are a ton of the pictures.

Get ready there are a lot…

We all woke up at 4, and were out of the house by 5. Court and I brought our breakfast on the road. Cliff bars, PB apples, and Coffee. Simple.

-Car Ride adventures-

There was magazine reading, sleeping, iPod listening, and of course complaining. It was a 10 hour trip of course.

Below- Here’s Ash sticking her head out the window, it was hot out!

We got lost at one point, so our dad pulled over and had to Pull out Jane, AKA the GPS.

 Welcome to Jackson Hole Wyoming!

We stayed in this little area called Teton Village. Which is a bunch of Condos, right next to the Tetons. We were literally steps away from the Ski lift and Tram.

Here was our bedroom… little twin beds side by side

And this was the family room area, where we watched Red box movies at night.

Our first morning there, we made Blueberry Hungry Jack Pancakes!!!

Light, Fluffy, and perfection topped with Banana, syrup. And then paired with some White Chocolate mocha Dunkin Doughnuts coffee. All made in our condo Kitchen. The Dunkin Doughnuts coffee was really good, now I see what all the rave on the commercials is about.

Our parents came to Jackson Hole 22 years ago for their Honeymoon, so there was a lot of memories. We even drove by the motel they stayed in, and walked to all the places they visited, including this Antler Arch, which they have an old Picture under. With none of us even born yet. weird.  We rekindled the memory with a newer up to date picture.

While at Yellowstone, we went to “Old Faithful”

Then, we waited till the Geyser shot off. It was an awesome 2 min show. That took about an hour wait. lol

Here’s mom and dad before the Whitewater rafting experience.

My mom and I by the Upper and lower Falls in Yellowstone.

 PB&J Oats!

Yeah, we found some Stunna Shades~

Lol, our daddy is so cute in this Cowboy hat. 🙂

Jenny Lake had this beautiful View for our Hike.

While on the hike, we ended up seeing a bear in the first 10 minutes. Our mom is deathly afraid, so she ran back to the car, while the rest of us went on with the other people on the trail. We told her just to stay with the group but she didn’t listen. So she sat in the car for 4 hours while we hiked.

The weather started out great, but then quickly turned to pouring rain. Which is not fun, when you’re in jeans or cotton like Ash and Court were. There was so much mud as we went on, if you look at my jeans, they were covered on the bottom.

The Hidden Falls were awesome, and they were quite a Hike to get to.

After the whole Bear incident at Jenny Lake, this picture was priceless.

Here is the bump that I almost died at. In Ashley’s words “Man Whit you totally just ate that.” Lol I watched the ground the rest of the day

They say Moose are the hardest animal to spot, but there was one right around our condo, so we hurried up and snapped a pic with them. (The mamma and babies).

Well your all caught up, it was a Candid week, and this photographer is tired.

Work is in the AM, but it’s Summer so F going to bed early. Lol. Talk to y’all later. Also, don’t forget you have until Monday to enter our Giveaway.

XOXO Court & Whit♥

Looks like you guys had alot of fun! That place looks GORGEOUS! I’ve never seen a geyser first-handedly before. It must be majestic! Lol that’s the only word I can think of to describe it.

Are you guys on summer break already?

Yup, summer just started this last week 🙂

Your trip looks like a ton of fun! It’s funny, because the Old Faithful geyser I remember reading about in “Walk Two Moons”. It’s so strange to read about a geyser in real life that I’ve read about in a book, too!

I don’t think I’ve seen pictures of your parents before! They look like fun 😉

You girls look like you had a great vacation, you two are so adorable! And all the hiking sounds amazing, hiking is prob my favorite activity in the world, but my family hates it, and would rather go to fancy resorts. The bear incident sounds SCARY, but haha, your mom sitting int he car, sounds like what parents would do, haha!

Wow, sounds great. Your parents must have really enjoyed going back to where they had their honeymoon.

I’ve haven’t been to that part of the country, really, but maybe one day I will be able to see those geysers!

My dad likes making pancakes for my family using Hungry Jack mix. I always think I should make him some pancake mix (you know, for less processing, etc.), but I’ve never gotten to it.
