This morning was not that bad to get up at all, so I’m thinking that nap really helped yesterday.
Do you remember the wrap we made the other day with PB, Banana and dates? Well that was the inspiration for this morning’s oats.
In the mix:
- 1/3 cup of oats, 1/3 almond breeze, 1/3 water
- 1 Banana (Half mashed and cooked in, half sliced on top
- ½ tbs of chia seeds
- 2 chopped dates
- 4 chocolate animal crackers
- Other half of banana
- ½ tbs of Dark Chocolate PB
- ½ tbs od skippy all natural crunchy PB
And to drink was another Bolt house Iced Chai Tea. Seriously, cannot get enough of this stuff. These oats were so yummy, so they deserve to go in the recipe section that is in the works.
Today is a long day of school, then afterschool we have to do our Cardio Conditioning, and Cardio Abs video. I do not know how, but the longest videos always fall on the busy school day. SO not cool! Oh well, hopefully we just don’t get a lot of HW. Last night, we talked to Ashley about the Boulder Boulder race, and I think we are all going to do it. It cost $44, and I think it would be really fun. Now we just have to start running. lol I think I can do 4 miles, but hopefully Insanity bumped up my stamina for more. If we do decide to do the race, then my plan is that we will all run in the morning together, then do weight lifting afterschool. But, we will see how it works out. Right now I’m in my office Assistant class, so this is what I chose to do. lol Only two more classes left. Can’t wait, school is TOO long!
