Lunch was an inspired meal from one of Colorado’s top restaurants The Cherry Cricket. The Eating Right Veggie Burger was topped with some leftover Chile Verde, just like you can get at the restaurant. Alongside we had a juicy fresh grapefruit.
Veggie Chile Verde Burger
1 sandwich thin
1/2 Original Light Swiss Laughing Cow Wedge
1/2 Pepperjack slice of cheese
1 Veggie Burger of choice
1 tomato slice
slice yellow and red bell peppers
This was so good, and it will defiantly be a repeat dish. After letting our tummies settle, we got mentally prepared for our hour and a half sweat Sessh of Insanity. I just gotta say oh mylanta, this was crazy! I can handle a 40 min. workout but an hour and a half is a LONG time. lol. Right when we had only 8 min left, we were in the middle of doing Push Up jacks, and I just looked over and see court going “ahh,” and running around the room. lol Somehow a bee got into the house and was on the floor doing some push ups beside her. After freaking out our mom came down threw her shoe at it, then flushed it down the toilet. (dad was not home to do the scary job for us) Thank god for such a loving mommy though. lol. Every muscle is fatigued. And now it’s time to go make the most effective Post workout Snack. CEREAL! with Skim milk of course. Gotta get some lean muscle baby=)
Toodaloos! Thinking about making something with shrimp for dinner tonight. Well see what happens
