Dinner:Chile Verde

  • 1 package of about 6 small pork chops
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 Brown Gravy Packets
  • 1 Large can  Spicy Refried Beans
  • 1 jar of Green Chile Salsa
  1. Cut and lightly brown pork chops in a large skillet on med heat, tell at least there is no more pink
  2. Put the partially cooked pork chops into the food processor, until shredded
  3. Combine water, gravy, beans, salsa, and meat into a crock pot
  4. Cook on low for 3 hours

*Enjoy on a tortilla with cheese!
