Sweat sessh, then some rest

After letting our tummies settle from breakfast, Court and I got dressed, threw up our hair, and completed once again our Core Cardio and Balance DVD of Insanity. This recovery week has been so nice=)

Then, we showered up from all that nasty sweating. And I put on one of my favorite Life is good T-Shirts. This company is so cool, they make funny merchandise, and have a great motto “Do what you like. Like what you do.”

Lunch today was some Annie’s Macaroni, with some carrots and toast.

Afternoon snack: Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 Toasted Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 Nuked Cinnamon Apple
  • Handful of granola
  • Handful of Kashi go lean
  • Sprinkle of coconut

tonight’s dinner is going to be a family special. My aunt finally e-mailed us the recipe. We are making Chile Verde. Recipe is to come tonight.
