Pumpkin craving! 3/14

In the mix:

  • 1 packet of Quaker Raisin Date Walnut Instant Oats
  • 1/3 cup of light Vanilla Soy, 1/3 Water
  • Cinnamon
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 TBS of Pumpkin Puree
  • Drizzle of maple syrup
  • Half of heated cinnamon agave pear
  • Handful of Pumpkin Granola
  • 1 spoonful of White Chocolate PB LOCO



Served alongside some unsweetened Berry Blossom Tea

All this time change made us SUPER drained this morning. So before work we stopped at our favorite drive-thru Starbucks for a tall nonfat Toffee Nut Latte. If you have not tried, it is a must.

Lunch: Tomato Spinach Swiss Panini with some Progresso Soup


  • Two slices of Sprouts Flax Seed bread
  • 1/2 of garlic herb laughing cow wedge
  • Spinach
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 1/2 slice of Swiss Cheese
