One simple recovery week.. 3/15

Monday

 Breakfast:

  • 1/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean
  • 1/4 cup of Kashi Blueberry Clusters
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 small banana
  • Blueberries
  • Heated and drizzled White Chocolate PB

Today is an early “A” school day, and the only day we have to go this week score! I never thought Friday would come so fast. This week is much-needed for sleep and just a recovery. And ironically it is actually our Recovery week of Insanity. We have made it through MONTH 1. Just one month to go. Yay =) This is seriously one of the most intense programs we have ever done.

Lunch: Fruit Salad, and Pumpkin PB Banini.

Today was day one of our Recovery Week. The only video we have this week is Core Cardio and balance. After our workout, we showered up, then made a yogurty mixture for an afternoon snack.

 

Tonight’s Secret Life episode was Crazy!  We really think Adriane is Preggo with Ben’s baby. Karstee cooked dinner tonight, and made us some Homestyle biscuits and gravy. Oh, and we finally ordered some Chia seeds tonight online, can’t wait to try to see what all the rave is about.
