Week 2-1 thru 2-6

This bowl of oats was a new really good combo. It included
  • Old fashioned oats
  • Strawberry Cocconut Kefir
  • Almond milk
  • Honey greek yogurt
  • Strawberries
  • Mango
  • Maple flax cereal
  • Coconut
Lentil Tuna Veggie Salad for a flat tummy and healthy legumens.
Cinnamon Sprinkled 100 cal Kettle corn
Wed- toffee nut coffee
MMM Banini so good with some PB, Honey and cinnamon snuck in there. lol
Out of our Eat Drink be Vegan book, we tried to make this Chimmi recipe. It was very delicious. Inside we used temph as the meat substitute, and our dad could not even tell he thought it was chicken. Anyways they were a success. Also tonight we went to college night, and got so much info on how we are going to find scholarships. What to do, what to do. There are so many steps!
A good low cal dessert Court and I frequently enjoy is Sugar Free Dulce de Leche Jello Pudding with half a graham cracker crumbled in and usually a scoop of cool whip free
So this week, we decided we are going to try out the 60 day workout DVD program called INSANITY. It is pretty insane, if you have seen the infomercial on TV, PURE CARDIO!!! We ordered that the other night, and it should be here by at least Tuesday of next week. Then, we will blog all about how it is going.
