This morning we had overnight pumkiny yogurt oats topped with Natures Path Maple Pecan Crunch cereal and our famous homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte:
1/2 Cup Almond milk(Heat for 1 min 30 Sec)
2 Tbs of Pumkin Puree
1 Heaping spoonful of Maxwell House “Pumpkin Spice Latte”
1 spoonfull of cappacino mix
About 1/2 cup of some Pumpkin spiced coffee(Pour pumpkin pie spice in the grounds)
1/4 cup of hot water
Lunch was a dried fruit Salad with Annies Rasberry Vinagarette, and Some PB filled pretzels, and almond clusters.
Mid morning Snack= WHITE CHOCOLATE macadamia Luna= PURE BLISS!!!
When we got home at about 3:15, we were pretty hungry so we thought we would try to create a microwaved cookie like “Carrotsncake”
Ours was a pumkin Carob one alongside some Cinnamony Steamed milk
After this cookie was devoured, Court and I got to work on packing for our Utah trip which we leave for Wed morning, YaY, that means no school or work for a week =)
At 5:30 we started making dinner, then enjoyed it while watching tonights episode of The Secret Life. Dinner was a tofurkey flatout pizza, with an italian salad.
