MOCHI!!! It is fantastic, this was our second time having it, after tring a Mochi waffle recipe earlier this week out of the Kind Diet. It is addicting, so soft and chewy, not as fluffy as a regular waffle, but totally worth it=)
A few minutes on this baby… and walla!!!
Over the top was a nucked apple, Organic brown rice syrup, and some sivered almonds
And a small yogurt parfait
Snack on break was a Pepermint Luna, this is my fav. FLAVOR!!!
Lunch when we got off at 1 was a sandwichthin melt with some progresso Italian Wedding Soup
Tofurkey, Tomato, spinach, and Rice Vegan Mozzerella then Panini Press it

Tonights workout was the P90X Kenpo video, wowzers it was Intense!!! My arms are gonna be filling this one. lol
