Breakfast: Bowl Of cheerios w/ heated up milk, almonds, and raisins, and a side of a fuji apple.
Dinner: Egg white Vegtable omlet(Cooked in a ziplock bag and boiled/steamed on the stove), with a whole wheat english mufin, and an orange. This omlet was super delicious and healthy, NO OIL! =)
Court had work tonight, so our workout was a fast one. We did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video. While Courtney was working me and Ash went Christmas shopping a TJMAXX and ROSS. I’m so excited for christmas. Has anyone else started Christmas shopping yet?
