Today was an early day you know what that means 10:45 baby! After lunch, we took about a 45 min nap, then hit up the gym for a little over an hour. After that we came home to stretch, make dinner, and watch some gilmore Girls while doing HW.

Bike= 10 min, level 3

Stairmaster= 10 min, level 6
