This morning we both had to wake up early on our Saturday to go to a DECA Chapter Conference at school. We both competed in apparal and accesssories.
Last night I made a breakfast cookie that I refrigerated over night the recipe is as follows:
1/3 cup oats
1 tbs. of white choc. peanut butter
1/2 scoop of protein powder(vanilla)
a handful of chopped dates and caco
I also sipped a hot cup of ovaltine with one caramel marshmallow swirled on top 🙂
Drizzle some honey on it it the morning and voila! ENJOY!
When the Conference was over we split this luna and headed to the gym for a kick but sweat session.
For our workout we ran 4 miles on the treadmill in 50 minutes then did a mile on the elliptical. Then did a little bit of floor work. It was tough!
By the time we got home we were starving for lunch so we had a raspberry preserve/ cream cheese sandwich with a side of apples dipped in pumpkin butter.
Then it was almost time for Courtney to go to work again so I made a quick snack: we split a rachaels cherry yogurt, split a cherry lara bar, and a handful of kashi puffs in a cup. The perfect cherryful snack.
