YES!!! it is finally friday TGIF =) And today is a short day. So I got out at 10:45, then we went to our orth appt, had lunch, got gas, had coffee w/ our older sister Karstee, and went on about a 3 1/2 mile run outside. It was gorgeous out. But tomorrow it snows. Then, for dinner we had some whole wheat stuffing, pork tenderloin, salad, and pita chips w/ salsa. yum! We have alot of homework to get done this weekend as well as working long hours at the jobs.
Lunch: PB and strawberry jelly sw w/ a carmel fiber one bar
Afternoon Snack: Carmel Latte from Paradise Bakery
Workout: 3.5 mile run, ab ripper X, and arm stuff
