Breakfast: Amazing Pumpkin Pancakes covered w/ sugar free syrup, half a pear, and some steamed milk that has cinnamon in it.

So light and fluffy.

Yummy Steamed Milk: Cup of skim milk, with a packet of splemda, dash of vanilla extract, and dash of cinnamon, microwave for 2 1/2 min.

Mid morning snack

Lunch: dijon greek salad, cheese, and veggies w/ hummus

Dinner: Eggwhites, whole wheat english muffin, and orange
Workout: 31 min treadmill, and strength training
