For breakfast this morning we had the chocolate instant carnation breakfast with some chicken minis from Chick-fil-a.

Snack- Blackberry Kashi Bar

Lunch- Avocado, rice, and veggie salad with a side of apples

After school snack- yoplait light vanilla yogurt mixed with honey, almonds and kiwi

Dinner- turkey bratwurst on a whole wheat sandwich thin and grapes
