Today was yet again another hectic day. I got out of school at 10:45 AM, came home, ate lunch, worked out, shower, grocery shop, go look at cars, chores, dinner, HW, bed. It WAS non-STOP!
Breakfast: Okio’s Greek Honey Yogurt, mixed in half a banana and some cascadian farm granola, and had a glass of skim milk
Snack: Kashi TLC Baked apple spice bar
Lunch: Half of Amy’s Minstrome Canned soup, a few gold fish mixed in, and some corn bread. (finally all used up)
Snack: Strawberry Almond Protien Shake (Soy milk, strawberries, almonds, whey vanilla protien, ice, and wheat germ)
Dinner: Kashi Pilaf original mixed in with grilled chicken, and snap peas
Workout: elpitical/treadmill, and floorwork
