Hi, We are Courtney and Whitney. We’re Twins in our Junior year of highschool. Right now our hope is to one day be nutritionist and/or personal fitness trainers. We enjoy working out, and cooking healthy creative meals. In our blog we will share our meals and workouts with you all.

Sunday: We slept in today, then made some yummy blue berry eggo waffles with almond butter and bananas on top and a side of Silk soy chocolate milk. For our workout today I(whitney) did 54 minutes on the eliptical, and courtney ran for 45 min on the treadmill. Then, we lifted weights together. After I finished my workout, I refueled with a few sips of some Kombucha. For lunch we had turkey wraps (two slices of turkey deli meat wraped up with mozzeralla cheese inside), a peice of corn bread, and split an apple. For an afternoon snack we had a Quaker carmel rice cake with a tablespoon of nutella on top. The weather was very nice in Colorado today, so we decided an afternoon walk would be fun. That took about 45 min around a trail in our neighborhood. Then, for dinner my mom marinated some chicken and we grilled it up, tossed it in a salad, and made some homade tortilla chips (a whole-wheat tortilla sliced, some olive oil and sea salt rubbed on, put it in the oven at 350 for about 10 min) with some of our dads homade salsa. And to finish the night off with a nice relaxing cup of chamonile tea while we caught up on some show on TiVO.
